I hear so often that we can't bike in the winter. You'll often hear that the reason they bike in the winter in Copenhagen is because they don't get much snow. Yet, as you can see here, they get snow. But they keep the path clean! Could it be we are not as hardy as we like to think? Is it really just attitude?
